I find this book to be a fantastic reference book - though mostly for raw food programs and evidence on how raw food gives the body what it needs to heal.

While it does address nutrition and enzymatic activity I would not consider it a "handy go-to" reference for it.

I have yet to find such a reference which is why we are in the process of writing a book to be a good go-to reference. Have patience and feel free to ask any specific questions.

Is this a good reference book for nutritional/enzymatic information?
I'm looking for a good resource book to have for handy go-to information.
