May Green Smoothie Challenge

We host Green Smoothie challenges to spread the word and get people interested in drinking green smoothies. It doesn’t matter whether you are brand new or a seasoned green smoothie lover. All you need is a blender, fancy blenders like Vitamix are not required. The goal with a challenge is to drink a green smoothie, or green juice, each day for two weeks. There is no cost and no rules – except to Drink Your Greens!
