My Special Daddy Love Smoothie

1 TBS chia seed
1 fuji apple
1 TBS hemp seed
~ 3/4 cup coconut milk
2 cups spinach

Green Morning Sunshine

1 TBS Hemp Seed
1/2 fresh Mango
1 cup fresh Pineapple
4 leaves Lacinato Kale
4 leaves Romaine
2 cups Spinach
1 tsp Spirulina
water to blend

Super creamy and powerfully good! There's no banana but the mango, romaine and hemp seed make this a creamy delight while the lacinato kale and spirulina give it a rich green flavor. Feel free to use different kale for a milder green flavor, or use more romaine/spinach in it's place.

Blueberry Hemp Goddess

2 cups Frozen Blueberries
1 Banana
2 cups Kale leaves
2 TBS Hemp Seed
Water

This blended beauty is delicious. The blueberries are a great combo for the Kale and Hemp. The result - a sweet rich green smoothie with nutty flavor!

Papaya Heaven Green Smoothie

2 cups Papaya
2 bananas
2 TBS Hemp Seed
2 cups Spinach
1 cup Kale
2 cups water

This blended goodness was sweet and creamy! Highly recommended for anyone, even those new to green smoothies.

3 carrots
1 1/2 inch piece of ginger
3 baby bok-choy leaves
3 celery stalks (with leaves)
1/3 of a fennel bulb
5 stalks of chard (no leaves)
1/2 bunch Italian parsley
2 cups spinach
2 leaves dinosaur kale
1/4 head romaine lettuce

Juice and enjoy!

Pineapple Power Green Smoothie

1 cup water
1 TBS Chia seed
1/4 cup goji berries
1 banana
1 cup pineapple
4 lacinato (dinosaur) Kale
1 1/2 cup spinach

There are few combinations better than pineapple banana in a green smoothie. A little extra added and you have a nutritional powerhouse in your belly!

Grapefruit Green Smoothie Immune boost

1 cup water
1 TBS goji berries
1 tsp chia seed
4 kale leaves
1 small chard leaf
1 collard green leaf
4 sprigs parsley
1 ruby red grapefruit (peeled)
1/3 cup cranberries (frozen)

Blend it up and enjoy this incredibly nutritious immune building tonic. There is not much sweetness to it but if you like grapefruit and greens, it's a winner!
