We are a culture full of programing and misinformation, we have eaten unwittingly from the spiked soup lines of the all mighty marketing machine. We all want to eat what's best but we don't always make the best choices whether we know it or not.

You do not need to be a raw foodist or a vegan or even a vegetarian to be a part of this community and the revolution around us. You only need to be respectful and to speak (type) from the heart and to listen (read) with an open mind.

This is a place for anyone to gain a better understanding about truth in nutrition. A place for support as well as a place to learn and share about experience as we continue our journey to the top of the mountain.

Let us be each others' teachers and each others' students.
