Apple Russian Kale sweetness

I made this today and am very pleased with how the flavor of apple and Russian Kale complement each other!

2             ripe banana
1             large apple, cored
1/2 cup    soaked chia seed
1 Tbs       super greens (spirulina/chlorella)
1 bunch     Russian Kale
5 leaves    romaine
- fill the space in the blender with water

Quite delicious!

Indeed the sweet rustic flavor of Russian kale is a winner, I bet it goes great with apple.
