Avocado Smoothie

I had to pass on this recipe my fellow greenie shared with me. If you like your smoothie creamy you'll love this:

1/2 Avocado
1 Pear
1/2 cup grapes
3 leaves Kale
1/4 lemon peeled

This comes out thick, I added a little water to mine to thin it out.

Loved this smoothie - Thank you for sharing.

I have a lot of avocado to use... any other ideas?
