Cantaloupe Milkshake

Good sweetness!

In a blender place:

1        fresh ripe banana
1        frozen banana
1/2 C  frozen cantaloupe
1/2     fresh avocado
1/2 C  soaked chia seeds
2        large medjool dates
1 C     hazelnut milk

Blend until smooth and serve right away!
Serves 2 if you think you can share.
