Creamy Romaine Smoothie

I really enjoy Romaine in my smoothies as it creates a nice creamy consistency and it has a mild flavor.

1 small head of romaine lettuce
2 bananas
1 cup blueberries or strawberries
3 dates
water

Mmmmm... mmmmm!

That is the beauty of romaine - mild creamy goodness, try it with basil for a little zing :)
