Mint Chocolate Milkshake
« on: August 20, 2008, 12:16:07 PM »
As a kid I loved mint chocolate milkshakes and now I love them again!

In a blender place:

2 C       hazelnut milk (or nut milk of choice)
2 Tbs    fresh mint chopped
3 1/2    frozen bananas
2 Tbs    agave nectar (or to taste)
1/2 tsp  vanilla
1 tiny    pinch of sea salt
2 Tbs    raw cacao (powder or nibs for a 'chip' effect)

Blend until smooth and serve immediately
Makes about 1 quart

There are many paths up the mountain but the view is the same from the top.

Oooo... no need for any excuse for this one, why wait til warm weather - get some fresh mint and go for it!

One thing I've changed since posting this is that I put 3-6 dates in instead of the agave - and it is amazing! I hope you enjoy it soon :)
