This has become one of my standards, modified depending on what I have in the fridge--my 5-year old announced this morning that this particular one was his favorite so far, so I thought I'd share it.
1 large orange
1 bunch grapes
1 banana
4-5 cranberries
2 dates
2 stalks celery
6 kale leaves
1/4 c. soaked chia seed
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
~1 cup water
This was borderline too sweet for me, but I love the orange/grape/banana combo!
