I love getting a big bag of small red grapefruits, a bag of organic lemons, and going nuts with whatever I can make from them. I'm kind of a citrus junkie.
Of course, any citrus lover has to be careful about acid damage to the teeth. The best way to do this is by drinking through a straw. I'm currently grooving on the reusable glass straws I got from glassdharma.com.
You can cut up the citrus first to de-seed it if you prefer; that's generally what I do.
The Morning Tart:
1 peeled lemon
+ 1 or 2 peeled small grapefruit
+ 1/2 or 1 whole green apple quartered with seeds removed
+ a few leaves of romaine
and as much kale as you can handle! (I like dinosaur/lacinato kale)
