Dried Cranberries
« on: March 25, 2010, 08:34:29 AM »
Does anyone know how to dry cranberries without a dehydrator. I have two bag of frozen organic cranberries in my freezer and would like to dry them without buying more equipment.
Thanks.

I've never dried cranberries but have done tomatoes and figs. I've done them in the sun during summer on racks and also in the oven at the lowest setting. I've also done mushroom over heat vents in the winter.

You can try those ideas.

I use my cranberries fresh or straight from the freezer so I've not dried them, junkie's ideas above are worth a try.
