Green For Life by Victoria Boutenko is one of the most ultimate books ever written on green smoothies.

Just got my new books, one of which is Green For Life, am enjoying it.  Also got the Raw Food Detox Diet by Natalia Rose, very informative with great recipes and easy to follow transition menu plans.

A great book indeed!

You shouldn't be having a froth issue... can you post a recipe of how you're making your smoothie? Then we can help to keep the froth down.

Yes yes a fabulous book, one of the best on the subject of Green Smoothies.

And pamella, I agree, you shouldn't be having froth in your green smoothies... what you puttin' in there? ;)

I get a lot of froth too, but I think it's my cheapo blender.
