For those of you who are just getting started on raw food and green smoothies,
The Raw Food Primer is a great little book, providing basics and easy to follow, good tasting beginner recipes. It provides some good resources and tool information.
The Chef is also an artist and there are lots of very nice pieces of foodie art.
I believe it provides a good understanding that the preparation is part of the healthy aspect of our lifestyle of eating and should be looked upon as creation and life rather than work.
