Brazilian Standard is great for kids!


When I was in Brazil I got very comfortable with their local meals. One of my all time favorite was breakfast. I would have the great pleasure of harvesting my own bananas, papaya and avocados to use for daily breakfast.

1 banana
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 avocado
3 Tbs soaked chia seeds

1/4 cup raw oats on top

2 options for preparations
- cube the fruit and mix in the chia (and oats)
- mash the fruit with a fork and mix in the chia (and oats)

This really is outstanding meal and NOT just for breakfast. If papaya is not available at the time, it's still great without it!
