It's not really a recipe but my niece eats a lot of fresh dates. I've seen her and 4 friends watching a movie munching on a box of dates. I hear they are very nutritious.

Dates are a great idea! There is even more nutritional value when you buy the pitted ones and stuff them with raw almonds:)

Raw Dates are amazing food!
They make a great "sugar substitute" as well. Just blend a bunch of them with some water to make a syrup and use that in place of sugar.
