Going Green has changed my life. I admit that I ebb and flow and am not always consistent - but WOW do I feel the difference when I eat bad.
I've lost 35 pounds and have kept it off for over a year (give or take a pound or 2). I don't have as many body aches and a LOT less mood swings. Without a doubt I have more energy when I'm Green. I sleep a lot better and wake up earlier without a problem. And best of all I don't drink diet soda anymore! Yeah.
