You go girl! Just keep drinking those green smoothies regularly.

The best thing about green smoothies is that it doesn't matter when you start, you will improve your health. I even helped a 92 year old man start on his green smoothie routine and he is loving it!

I've been doing the raw thing for about a year now. I just started drinking green smoothies. I avoided smoothies because I don't care to eat much fruit but making them with greens makes a whole lot more sense.
