Hi,
I'm from Australia and recently discovered green smoothies.Just found this site today. Great to be able to chat to others about green smoothies. I find I sleep better when I drink them and also have a flatter stomach!! Yay...who doesn't want that???? I've been telling friends about green smoothies and some have tried and loved them and others won't go near them!! Maybe after they see the difference in a few months they will try them too!!
I have a Thermomix to blend my smoothies with. I don't think they have them in the States, but its a fantastic machine!!

Flatter stomachs are awesome and better sleep even awesomer - isn't amazing the difference that just adding green smoothies makes? Those that don't go near them have no idea what they are missing... really.

How Great. I have really enjoyed watching my belly shrink, there's not many things in life more rewarding.

Don't tell your friends about green smoothies, give them one to try, then tell them about it :)
