just thought id say hello, and that im just starting out with the juicing and smoothies...so far so good. i hope to get some recipes and any information that will help me along the way........hope to be here often....hoping this helps me.
im trying to loose weight AND get healthy.

Hello Jackie. You are doing an awesome thing for yourself. I gotta say, starting green smoothies and juicing was the greatest thing I've ever done to improve my health AND the weight is going done - not super fast but at least it hasn't gone up any more!!

You are going to love it!
