I started doing mostly green smoothies about Feb 1st of this year 2010 and its been about 6 months. I have lost about 25lbs which doesn't sound like a lot but I went from a size 36 to size 32 jeans. I look so much better now and feel great. I haven't wore 32 jeans in about 20 years and still can't be live I'm dong it. I also wear medium shirts now not extra large. My cholesterol was 250 when I started and after 3 months had dropped down to 180. I haven't had it checked since but I'm sure its lower. I can not tell folks enough how this has changed my health and my life. I'm hooked for life. I don't look at food the same way anymore. I don't think of food as something to eat of taste or pleasure although I can but I think more of what is it doing for me and how good or bad is it. As we get older we need to do this because our body can't fend off the fat, salt and all the other bad stuff we use to ingest when we were young. I eat way less then I did and I never feel hungry or deprived and I crave pretty much nothing now. I love it!!!
