Hello all! Just got a vitamix for Christmas and have been blending green smoothies for a little over a week now. Decided to do this for health reasons and with the hopes that my hubby and son would join in! Well, as of last weekend they have both been drinking 1 to 2 green smoothies a day, right along with me!

Anyone know of a good recipe to add mustard greens to? I've only read that using these greens are not for the faint of heart and are on the bitter side. I'm starting to get used to the mixed "spring" greens and dandelion, but they are both bitter to me even with fruit mixed in. HELP!!!
