Absolutely!
Tops are tops when it comes to nutrition. Beet, Carrot, Radish, Turnip... yum yum!

Yup - carrot tops
They have a strong flavor because of the high amount of potassium so you wouldn't use too much at once. They are suppose to be good for your kidneys.
