If you need to store it for a later time do so in an airtight glass container and keep it refrigerated. Try making only the amount that you can drink in a day but if you must save your green smoothie do not keep it any longer than 3 days.

By alternating the type of greens in your green smoothie you fill your body with a greater variety of nutrients. Also, by eating a variety of greens you limit the amount of specific alkaloids that you consume. Each green contains its own alkaloid as natural protection in the world. Eating different greens in your green smoothies assures optimum nutrition and maximum flavor enjoyment.
