Delicious Green Smoothies

The most popular recipe from the past week would have to be our Seabreeze Green Smoothie. This beauty has quickly become a favorite among our fans, and at home. The flavor explosion of the pineapple, cranberry, ginger and grapefruit give a light refreshing bite leaving little notice of greens flavor.

But don’t be fooled. This powerhouse of nutrition provides you with an enormous amount of anti-oxidants, Protein, Omega-3, Vitamins C, A, K, Calcium, Iron and a whole lot more. A nice cleansing smoothie for your liver and kidneys complete with a solid immunity boost. Enjoy.

Shame the challenge is only on Facebook as I’ll never be a Facebook member

This sounds very refreshing. I’m going to make a variation of this soon. We can’t get fresh cranberries here but could use dried ones. Many thanks

It is indeed refreshing. See if you can get frozen cranberries – they work great. If you use dried ones, be sure to soak them well before blending.
