Blendtec price increase on their Blendtec Total Blender.
The days of getting a new Blendtec Total Blender for less than $400 is coming to a close. Retail prices of Blendtec Total Blenders have increased $35 across the board.

Blendtec claims they have not increased the retail price of the Total Blender in over a decade. This price increase now significantly narrows the price gap between the Blendtec and Vitamix to where the difference is now truly negligible.

Blendtec is a 7 year full top to bottom warranty as well. It used to be 7 through just Costco for the past 6 years now online and through the factory as well. I chose Blendtec because the micro processor in the blender. True raw blending and nutrition is only performed by the least amount of oxidation that occurs. The blendtec gets greens unbelievably smooth without running a fraction of the time especially at top speeds like my vita mix did. The Blendtec is by far in my opinion a superior machine in just about everyway

You chose Blendtec but it runs a fraction of the time than your vita mix did? It’s okay to have strong opinion about what you like but if you are going to throw around such “facts” how about back them up with something that matters?
“Top to Bottom” – what does that mean? The Blendtec manual states it as a “Limited Warranty”. Lets have some oxidation comparison readings. What were the actual blending time differences? How did you measure the smoothness? What blenders are you using to compare.
This comment is by far in my opinion a useless bias Blendtec advertisement in just about every way.
