It's easy to make your own nut milks all you need is a blender...
2 1/2 C hazelnuts
6 C water
pinch of sea salt
Blend until smooth but be careful not to blend too long to where your milk begins to heat (feel free to freeze your hazelnuts if you want a colder milk). Strain through a fine mesh bag (save the pulp for other recipes). Store your milk in the refrigerator in an airtight glass container. makes about 6 cups
