Could I use conventional (not organic) greens and fruits in my green smoothies ?
Yes Kumar, you can use conventional. Unfortunately, for some folks that is all that is available. Fresh grown is best and organic is a better choice than conventional but if you can’t use/find them and you eat conventional, by all means use what you can.
